| General Flow |
Plaque engraving occurs on the same or next
business day.
If you ordered 2 Part Delivery, the first part leaves Portland,
Oregon within 2 business days of payment or sooner. The
certificate registration process usually begins in the first
week after payment (if you entered a surprise gift-date, the
registration begins shortly before that date). The certificate
registration process is the longest part of the cycle and we
generally get the certificate between week 3 and 5 but sometimes
can take as long as into week 7. Once we receive the
registered certificate, we perform a quality check, frame, pack
and ship. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping
method you choose. |

Gift Date |
Optional field you entered
when placing your order representing when the gift will be
given. If this date is more than 2 1/2 weeks after
the order date, we delay the registration process so that no
shareholder mail goes to the recipient that ruins the surprise. |
First Part Shipped
|
Only applies to 2 Part
Delivery orders, otherwise blank. Part 1 is a color copy
of the certificate, framed per your order. Shipped to the
"Ship To" address on the order. |
Certificate Received |
Represents the date that the
registered certificate is received from the transfer agent.
This is the longest part of the cycle (can take 2-6 weeks from
order paid date). Once received, the certificate goes
through a quality check and then to framing and shipping. |

Final Shipment |
For 2-Part Orders, the final
shipment (registered certificate) is sent by USPS First Class
mail to the new shareholder (unless buyer requested otherwise).
On Normal Delivery orders the final shipment is to the "Ship To"
address on the order. |
